Oklahoma’s Bigest Casting Director – Chris Freihofer

Chris is a 2-time winner and 5-time nominee of the Casting Society of America’s Artios Awards and is regarded as the leading casting director in Oklahoma with nearly 200 film and television credits and safely over a thousand commercials.
 
He has cast projects from Oscar winners Francis Ford Coppola, Martin Scorsese, Terrence Malick, Cameron Crowe and Andrea Arnold, films for first-time filmmakers William H. Macy and Paul Dano, and cool projects for acclaimed directors John Wells, Lee Isaac Chung, Rich Correll, John Gulager, Michael Winterbottom, Mark Romanek, Martha Stephens, David Boyd and many more.
 
As an actor, he has worked in film and commercials, and appeared on such acclaimed TV series like “Breaking Bad”, “Friday Night Lights”, “Longmire” and even the iconic “Walker, Texas Ranger.”
 
When not casting, he might be found with his wife Beth attending OU football tailgates, Thunder games, or bouncing between U2 and Dave Matthews Band concerts.
